Description
Produced in collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic, this updated handbook assists clinicians with nutrition assessment and determining the presence and degree of malnutrition in their adult patients. Contributors discuss the components of the nutrition-focused physical exam and present pictorial representations of various stages of muscle and fat depletion, vitamin and mineral losses, and fluid balance.
